Aimingatmoms EXERCISE/DIET Article Page

Oh boy, do I suffer with just the words exercise and diet. You know I can't even blame it on my babies anymore. I think it started after I got married. So, I guess I could blame my husband, JUST KIDDING!. I wanted to post some interesting articles that might help me get into a better frame of mind about my body and health.

This guy is right on the money! Your mind is a powerful tool, if my entire mind and soul wants to lose weight and get fit I believe it could work. I just can't get my mind to stop telling my body to consume chocolate!
